Heggeli Adventures is committed to delivering safe and memorable experiences in Northern Norway. To ensure the well-being of our guests, staff, and animals, we ask you to read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Booking

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Heggeli Adventures.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking with Heggeli Adventures.

If you need to contact us before, during, or after your visit, our team is available Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00.

Cancellations and Weather Conditions from our side

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a tour must be cancelled by us, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

  • Northern Lights sightings cannot be guaranteed, as this is a natural phenomenon beyond our control.

Cancellations and Changes from your side

To cancel or make changes to your booking, please contact us directly at booking@heggeliadventures.com.

The following deadlines apply:

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable.

  • No-show (not meeting at the designated time and place) results in no refund.

  • Any service fee is non-refundable.

  • A change from your side is considered a cancellation.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Exchange rate differences or bank fees for international transfers may occur and are the responsibility of the customer.

Guest Responsibilities

  • Participants are expected to follow the safety instructions given by our guides at all times.

  • Any medical conditions that could affect participation must be disclosed in advance.

Liability

  • Participation in our tours is at your own risk. Heggeli Adventures is not liable for personal injury, loss of belongings, or damages, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

  • Guests are responsible for their own travel insurance.

Animals & Wildlife

  • Our reindeer are treated with care and respect. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions when interacting with animals.

  • Feeding or approaching animals without permission is not allowed.
